Yes, after a successful order you will immediately receive an order confirmation by email. Please also check your spam folder if you have not received an email.

Delivery takes 7–10 working days worldwide.

Delivery is free for orders over €50 (DACH) or £60 (UK). Below that, a shipping fee of €3.95 (DACH) or £4.95 (UK) applies.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel directly with the carrier (DHL, DPD or Hermes).

You have 30 days to return items from the date of receipt. Simply email us at support@matteosolaro.com with your order number. We will send you a return label. Learn more →

Once we have received and inspected your return (usually 2–3 working days), we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 14 days.

Yes, sale items can also be returned as long as they are unworn and have their tags attached.

Our clothing generally fits true to size. Where the cut is slimmer, this is noted in the product description. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up.

On every product page you will find a "Size guide" button which opens a detailed overview with measurements in cm. Our sizes range from XS to XXL.

We accept credit card (VISA, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (invoice, instalment, instant payment) and SEPA direct debit via Stripe.

Yes, all payments are processed via SSL-encrypted connections. Card details are processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe) – we do not store any payment data.

Your credit card will be charged immediately upon completion of your order. With Klarna invoice, you have 30 days to pay.
