30-Day Return Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day return right from the date of receipt.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Returns Process – Step by Step

Step 1: Notify us
Send an email to support@matteosolaro.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Receive your return label
Within 1–2 working days you will receive a return label by email (free of charge for faulty goods; otherwise at the customer's expense).
Step 3: Pack the items
Place the unworn items with original tags in suitable packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
Step 4: Send the parcel
Drop off the parcel at a parcel shop and keep the proof of postage.
Step 5: Refund
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to your original payment method.
